- This historic building built in 1935 was originally 4 stories. It was completed stripped and reconstructed in 1987 with the addition of 6 floors.

- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan moved its Lansing offices to the building in September 2011 after Accident Fund Insurance Company of America moved their headquarters to the nearby Ottawa Street Power Station, which had been completely renovated for their use.
