-Complex of 3 adjacent buildings with 16 floors (Main, 13 residential, services, mechanical) The original facade of marcolite panels was totally replaced on the renovation of 1972, a decade later was reinforced into their foundations but short time later requires again a re-foundation, Owners wins a legal trial against the re-construction contractor but in September 19th of 1985 the earthquake of 8.1 degrees destroy two of the buildings (North & Central) who collapsed. The South building was destroyed with explosives some months later.
