Looks like they will redo the street frontage of the office building as well.They have some renderings in the window corner of Queen and Lyon.

They are working on the Sparks/Lyon frontage today. The cladding on the ground level is redone and it looks quite good. I couldn't tell what was inside, but the ground floor looks perfect for a restaurant. The location right beside the LRT has got to make it a pretty desirable location.
