Ahh, so that's what it is. I just assumed that it was the tank vents along the street.

Saw a blurb in the current Frank Magazine that the developer of Spice is planning a similar themed development "next to" Spice(I presume this would have to be the other lot across Cornwallis at Barrington) , called Jazz. No more detail than that.

Hmm. Spice and Jazz. Nice.
So we'll see this one completed in what, 10-15 years?
Although they'll start occupying it in 8.

It could also be the lot directly behind the church. It was the church who sold the land in the first place to allow for Spice. I like the idea of a few buildings of that size along Barrington. But I find it odd that they would be already talking about a second one before the first one is fully sold. They have been selling units in Spice since before it started construction eons ago and they still haven't sold them all.

Just a theory but I imagine that the malfunctioning sewage plant kitty-corner to this doesn't help anything.

If the second building is further away it could sell faster.

Lord, don't remind me about that sewage plant.

I have'nt lived in the city for a year and when I did it was nowhere near that thing... and the fact it's not working is STILL royally ticking me off.

It doesn't seem that odd to me, given how long it takes to build and the fact that sales and construction are totally separate processes. If there are only a few units left for Spice they've probably already more than broken even and could get funding for the second project.

I'd be happy either with the lot to the north or with the lot across Cornwallis. I agree that this is a good scale of construction for the area, and a good place to add more density.

Cool.
How many units are in Spice? So we can get an idea of the size of this one.

Cool.

Let's check back in about 5 years or so and see if the 5 Moes have put a shovel in the ground yet.
