If the Atlantic Schooners ever get off the ground does that mean two teams with boat logos? Or am I being too optimistic?

I never liked the Argo’s boat logo - too messy.
Just bring back the simple A I say.

As good as it looks they should have put that little bit of brown back into the football... now that was a classic design from the golden age of football logos and jerseys.

The funny thing about this is that the "new" boat logo was first unveiled in 1994 and it's just kind of floated around in the background without ever actually becoming the team's official logo, until now.
I'm likin' the new (old) logo.

Never cared for the Argos but always thought that was a great logo.

As a TV historian, some favourite footage of mine involves 1970's Argos, at a full Exhibition Stadium, on colour videotape (not film) on turf (not AstroTurf)

The good ol days

I really enjoyed watching that. I wish someone (TSN, BELL, ?) would produce a series of these type of CFL stories.

They did in fact produce a series of CFL history features in conjunction with the 100th Grey Cup in 2012, but nothing since then IIRC.

The CFL seems to be the abused spouse who keeps going back to a tormentor who knows they cannot go anywhere else. TSN does the barest minimum for the CFL and will not go the extra mile to grow the brand.

Thanksgiving football back extra intradivisional play yo avoid excess travel and spark stronger regional rivalries argos have 3 games during cne at bmo which should help bring in a few more fans and the get 7 Saturday home games which again should help them out

Love to see it!

After no CFL at all this year, I am hopeful a 2021 season goes through. I miss CFL football so much.
