In looking at other residential, hotel, or residential+hotel completed buildings around downtown.. (taking the overall building height divided by # of floors):
Kenect 12.2'/story. 37 stories @ 12.2'/story = 452'
44 Monroe 11.2'/story. 37@11.2' = 415'
Link 11.7'/story. 37@11.7' = 433'
Palomar 12.4'/story 37@12.4' = 459'
Summit 11.04'/story 37 @ 11.04' = 409'
I'd be willing to bet once this is fully designed to account for everything, its roof will be taller than 400' if it ends up at 37 stories.
