I bolded some info in the article above about changes that might come in response to the move of the Civic Hospital.

For dialysis, I would imagine whatever medical facility takes over the old Civic would maintain the dialysis clinic. Does Bruyère now have dialysis clinics at their facilities (old General in the Market and St. Vincent)?

I have a really hard time understanding how the UOHI will work as a standalone building. There's plenty of patients there who require care from other specialties. Traveling between two sites would be annoying.

As to dialysis beds, SVH has some units - not sure how many. I found an old article from 2002 suggesting it can handle 16 people/day. No dialysis beds at the old General on Bruyère St.
