Metro-One beat me to it... The demonstration line is called phase 0. Phase 1 is supposed to go to Waterfront Station according to the map on the City of Vancouver's website.
Never saw that map before but it makes me happy seeing it I had an idea of running a street car line along Granville as well and it can cross river by going under the Granville bridge. I hope they can get this expansion done by 2015.
