I like this one. Great design for the location and unique among Ottawa's projects (new or old).

This project brings some bulk to that intersection, big-time. The size and height don't feel forced, or out of place. Between this, and the Dymon building that are going up, it makes me wonder how long the Mr. Lube property diagonally across the intersection from this project is going to last...

Looks great so far. But this is a Smart Centre project now. Hopefully doesn't end up looking like two 15 floor Wal-Marts.

This developer is working on all kinds of decent projects in the GTA and around MTL, better stuff than we get here with the Ottawa Development Cartel and their endless supply of Charcoal bricks.

Hoping they don't realize the City and its citizens accept, nay, EXPECT value engineering.

Actually the project topped off a while ago. No other progress since then.

My theory is they wanted to end that lengthy double crane rental, so they secured the rest of the pour and are waiting for other trades to come up with availability since the project was bought out.
