Has anyone been past this lately and seen progress? This permit was issued back in February... I'm guessing this might be dragged out by market conditions.

Demolition permit was issued 06/13/2023. So it seems to be very slowly moving along. As of about a week or two ago, there was no visible progress on demolition at the site.

Minor note, but these lots were consolidated. Some movement, but unless they get a tenant I doubt this gets started anytime soon.

them going ahead with the zoning permits is normal, but, and maybe the article is only talking about 3838, it seems like this is on hold. I don't think they would sell, but we've seen plenty of times before where people gain zoning permits and then sit on it forever or sell.
