Esta padre el diseño del Cima Real pareciera diseñado por Cesar Pelli , se ve de muy buena calidad el edificio

Hace poco visite el lugar donde se construye cima real. La verdad es que lo que se ha visto es solamente la primera fase de este proyecto. Los edificios correspondientes a la segunda fase aun no se dan a conocer,pero seran muy similares. Esto me lo conto una arquitecta que supervisa parte de este proyecto.

MAS EXCELENTES NOTICIAS PARA LA ZONA...
ME COMENTAN DE BUENA FUENTE QUE EN CONTRAESQUINA DEL PLAZA PAVELLON SE CONTRUIRAN TRES NUEVOS EDIFICIOS EN LA ZONA CORPORATIVA, UNO DE 18 PISOS, OTRO DE 28 Y UNO MAS DE 38 PISOS....

Orale, una torre de 38 pisos, que padre, ¿Porque no le ponen otros dos pisos para acompletar de una vez los 40?

Recuerdo que hace poco estaban limpiando y emparejando el terreno que esta en Av. Acueducto y la calle que da al Superama, quizas ahí sea donde se construya.

Gracias Geo por la información, ojalá y puedas investigar más para que nos pongas al tanto.

Orale, un edificio de 38 pisos en Guadalajara, vendría a revolucionar completamente el panorama inmobiliario del Occidente, sería más alto que cualquier edificio que se esté construyendo en la actualidad en la ciudad de México!! Incluso con 38 pisos y dependiendo de su diseño y entrepiso podría competir para ser más alto que la Torre Dataflux!!

Question que terreno dices GEO?????
EN EL TERRENO EN CONTRA ESQUINA DE PABELLÓN VA A ESTAR -MÉXICO PLAZA- DE PEI, Y EL EDIFICIO DEL ARQ. FRANCISCO SERANO (EL QUE HIZO LOS PANTALONES -ARCOS BOSQUES-) SE VA A LLAMAR *CONDOMINIO LA RESERVA* ES DE 14 PISOS Y VA A ESTAR JUNTO A ZOTOGRANDE, ENTRE LA ENTRADA DE ESTE Y CARREFOUR, POR AHÍ.

YA CONOZCO EL PROYECTO ESTÁ BASTANTE LOCO, SON COMO 4 TORRES JUNTAS Y ARRIBA DE ELLAS UNA MEGA ALBERCA CON PISTA DE ATLETISMO EN LA AZOTEA, TODO ESTO SOSTENIDO POR UN PUENTE ATIRANTADO, SUENA BASTANTE ESTÚPIDO, Y SE VE MAS ESTÚPIDO EN VIVO, PERO AÚN ASÍ ES UN PROYECTO INTERESANTE.

LES VOY A BUSCAR LA INFORMACIÓN.

¿Alguien sabe cuantos pisos tendrá la Torre Citadel?, estaba viendo una foto en SSC y parece que lleva más de 25 pisos.
