The podium with all of the office space is great. Need to see more of that if Surrey wants to transform City Centre into a business downtown.

So this site is just south of one of those Whalley Station iconic towers, with the tower offset to the west.
The height of the office podium matches the height of the office podium of Whalley Station.

These all look great, but I'll be more excited when there's holes in the ground and buildings going up.

Looks like it's already been approved so I'd expect construction to begin sooner rather than later. You never know though.

Edited title.
Long standing policy here not to use 'Approved' status, only 'Proposed' and 'U/C'

The pharmacy may be hinting at a possible London Drugs move?

Too small for that.
More like a small Pharmasave or a methadone clinic.

Never knew that. Maybe I got that confused with SC unless we use to use "approved" before? You might want to fix the title of the other thread then as well.
