Don't know of a specific listing anywhere, but I think smalldeadanimals.com would have to be one of the most popular. I disagree wholeheartedly with almost everything she posts by the way, but she has a huge following.

Popular sites in Man, Sask and Alb. I would say the websites related to the four CFL teams in these provinces. Check out www.cfl.ca to find the links to the team's websites.

^^ Yeah, I was going to say that too. I can't think of any other popular sites off the top of my head.

http://www.riderfans.com/ has more than 6,000 active users

Thought I might point out that the CFL fan sites/forums are mostly young, narrow-minded, one-dimensional guys. There are a few exceptions, but not many. Might not be the best sites to advertise architecture firms (I'm guessing it's architecture...). riderfans.com does have a lot of users, all the other CFL fan forums don't even come close.

You may consider having an ad on Facebook (apparently, you can specify that the ad only appears on profiles of people living in X region or city, or what users see when logged in based on their region).

Also, Google ads are all over the place, I think website operators just put up a banner and the ads come from a Google server. Again, I think you could specify whatever region (as you can tell, I'm not a computer programmer so my lingo may be a bit off).

I'll think a bit more re: popular Man/Sask/Alb websites.

Not architecture related - aimed at younger people so the bias isn't a problem.
Am familiar with Google - it pays my bills

winnipegmovies.com would be a good one. I am sure there are similar ones for all the major cities.

Just buy google ads and geo target them. Best bet to get lots of views would be a site like plenty of fish. (which you can purchase through google). Narrow targeted context (keyword) based adds on facebook would work aswell.

And, you can probably get ads on the websites for the Sun in Wpg, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, etc, all at the same time by working through canoe.ca

Thanks but hits means nothing...... its the sum total of all files called on a page, so one page can be 10 or more hits

Exactly. Which is why I included unique visitors.
