Was just by it. I didn't count the floors as I wasn't stopped, but they have been adding lots of dark grey brick and window frames to the podium.

Thanks BigGuy, Tricar does not build the flashiest buildings but I love that they simply get things done. I wish there were more developers like them in the core.

Old Oak and York are hopefully next in line, plus it is always nice to have competition.

19th floor slab installs nearly finished and some of the 19th fl walls now going in on east side. Only 3 more residential floors to go before mechanical penthouse. Should be topped out by Dec.

The original design was 72m. Not sure if that changed because it's zoned for 90m and I think the city wanted the design changed at some point

Based on early posted link to detailed project plans the tower looks like it will be around 78 meters tall. 24 fl * 3m plus penthouse.
