I cannot wait to see it completed. It's quite a large developement, and I would typically think its too un-realistic in size. However, after seeing what Dubai is doing, it seems proportional.

Yeah, I know but I still want to add fantasy to my city!

I have a problem, should I add cored to my tower or leave them without cores? I want them to have cores because it's realistic. Duhh,, but I don't want to add cores because they take up memory from my computer!!!
So, cores or no cores?

I would prefer cores, but if they don't agree with your computer, then it's up to you.

i think the glass should not be transparent enough to be able to see the core
'Building energy use' fits into your environmental outlook also

I don't put cores on some but then I can't build them up because every time I add a section there is no core to hold the crane or anything of the sort. Once towers are done you can barely see the core.

I'll post another update tomorrow,

Maybe just be like what Puerto Rico is to the U.S. except the government in La Corte gets all the income and has a no passport policy to travel here.

Three big companies are currently being supported by the city to move to the complex but none are known yet.

Map:

The Court:
Height: 1,161 feet to the spire, 1,160 to roof.
Status:Completed
Floors: 72 residential, 4 trading/mechanical, 1 pool/deck, 3 service/retail
Facts: Tallest tower in the complex and is part of the Big 15.

The Capitol:
Height: 850 ft.
Status: Completed
Floors: 62
Use: Office

The Villa:
Height: 850 ft.
Status: Completed
Floors: 58

The Garage at La Corte Plaza:
Height of Garage: 313 ft.
Parking floors: 32

Facts: Tallest garage in La Corte and Latin America, cars are parked and delivered to floors by high-speed elevators which maximize the parking space.

That complex is probably the best one you've ever done. It's just very well planned and the designs are very pristine. And that parking garage is great!

Thanks, I wanted to do something new but traditional so I tried Post Modern. I also wanted to try something new, so I changed the design on some of the crowns. Like many complexes I wanted to make all the buildings look similar, I guess I should have at least painted the garage.

Does it looks like something realistic?

Thanks, I wish the city was started in the 1700's but I guess I screwed it up. Oh, well, that's why almost none of the buildings have a history other than needing space.

Lol, I thought my city was a little too colorful too. Don't worry I'll try to add more buildings like La Corte Plaza.

The wave is the first building I make that has balconies. There are a lot of horizontal lines but with out them you wouldn't be able to see the floors cause I don't use textures.

Anyways, plans are on the way for Punto Oeste (West Point) which was founded way before La Corte so in the next month or so I'll post updates on it.

The 1st avenue tower is a real beauty. All your designs are amazing. La Corte is really coming together nicely.
