Overall parking should be less important as we go forward, but loading and short-term will become more difficult to find as we have more delivery services/goods/skips etc.

Patios are incredibly important in any urban centre... especially this year.

The 102Ave bike lane has done wonders for the look and feel of the neighborhood.

It really has helped transform it.

Indeed it has. 102 is almost zen like, with the emphasis on pedestrian and bike traffic, and the huge, densely aligned trees on both sites of the street. It's great, especially when it's abruptly juxtaposed by towers and concrete once you hit around 109 street behind the Save on Foods. Feels good man... when scootin' West from downtown.

The only criticism and it is huge is the sign pollution. You really have to wonder if it is all necessary.

Thankfully, many signs have been hit/damaged and not replaced.

Indeed. I feel sorry for anyone living near any of these hot spots. It's practically assault.

I love cars and bikes, but this year has been horrendous.

Indeed, there's a happy and respectful place for all. The riders that treat their bikes like a constitutional right to abuse others? Please, just stop. Literally.

Can't come soon enough. It's a sonic bedlam on the James McDonald Bridge tonight. I wish this was extended to McDougall Hill Road yesterday.
