The website copy is funny and the building is so-so, but as with most developments in Halifax this is being built by a developer based here, owned and operated by locals.
This is probably either AI-generated copy that no one bothered to proof-read, or something dashed off by an intern. (You would think the developer would be able to hire a real marketing agency or a freelance professional copywriter for this kind of thing, but anyway.)
