I was going to let this slide but I been stewing on it for far too long. No, it is not a "student ghetto". You obviously have no knowledge of the demographics aside from what you read in the news. It may indeed have a 50% student population ( I don't have the statistics and it could be high) but it is not a student ghetto! You might be surprised that your palliative doctor, your neuroligist or pyscholigist is your next door neighbour.

You might also be surprised that people are paying upwards of a million dollars and sinking a couple hundred thousand into their properties.
