Libya - The Hidden Jewel of Africa
Libya is an emerging nation on the African continent with promising economic prospects. When petroleum was discovered in 1958, 200–300 miles (320–480 km) S and SE of the Gulf of Sidra, Libya changed from being one of the poorest nations of the world to one of the wealthiest, with a GDP per captia that even reviled that of Great Britain.
Libya is the 3rd largest country in Africa, with an area of 1,759,540 sq km and its coastline stretches almost 2000 KM making it the longest on the Mediterranean Sea. It is a land of vast contrasts with beautiful beaches and cities on its coastline to sand dunes as far as the eye can see to the Green Mountain Area known as "Jabal Al-Akhdar" that is very furtle with green canyons and waterfalls.

Corinthia involvement in residential complex in Tripoli
The Maltese Corinthia Group of Companies is involved in the construction of a large exclusive residential complex, the first of its kind, which is well underway on a one-kilometre coastline just outside the city of Tripoli.
Spread over 140,000 square metres, Palm City will offer 408 residential units supported by extensive leisure and recreational facilities.

Scope: Three towers. The first tower, of 40 floors, is a five star hotel of more than 400 rooms. The second tower, of 25 floors, is a residential one of about 100 flats, while the third one, is an administrative compound of 18 floors. The project also includes a conference hall, a medical and sports centers, parks, 7 restaurants, multi levels car park, stadiums, and a harbour.
