BOA and ATT look so out of place by their lonesome selves. If only we could get Amazon in that general area with a few more 40-50 story towers to thicken the skyline out there.

I have the feeling you’ll going to see a lot more development in that area down to SONO during this next cycle.

Agreed! I really hope so. It's a perfect location for some dense infill due to North Ave station, wedged between Midtown and Downtown, and all of the bus routes currently on North Ave/Ponce. Really feels like infill and redevelopment between Ponce, the connector, Freedom Parkway (or even Dekalb), and Boulevard will eventually come, connecting the core with the east side neighborhoods.

What a fantastic shot! Really makes me think about how we should invest in transit. I really lean towards investing in BRT and increased bus headways for in-town neighborhoods (within the BeltLine) with a few key LRT and HRT additions with stops at key node in-town neighborhoods and reach out towards the burbs. Our origin/destination nodes are still too disjointed, not that dense, and rapidly changing from year to year. West Midtown is the only one I'd say is established enough and could really use rail instead of buses at this time. O4W i think could get by with increased bus services, but would be a strong second for the EST LRT Lindbergh to 5 points. Meanwhile, L5P and EAV aren't increasing in density like areas around Memorial and Glenwood Park, Underwood Hills, and Summerhill/Grant Park.

It's the old channel 11 studio. The original Equifax building is across Peachtree, and is the main SCAD building now.
