He should just sign a one year contract with Rogers Place, be a resident performer like in Vegas lol probably would work for country singers.

Got 3 pairs through ticketmaster.

Question though... with credit card entry, how do stub hub and other resellers get around things?

Makes sense to take a bit of a break. That's a lot of playing over a few days.

Garth Brooks to play nine shows in Edmonton

The same day tickets went on sale for a sixth concert date for Garth Brooks, officials announced an additional three dates.

On Thursday, December 15 at 10 a.m., tickets were set to go on sale for Brooks’ sixth show in Edmonton, scheduled for Saturday, February 25 at 7 p.m.

Before tickets were made available, the promoter announced another show had been added for February 24 at 7 p.m.

Tickets for five Garth Brooks shows sold fast, but ‘special announcement’ coming

Once tickets went on sale, another two shows were added: February 25 at 3 p.m. and Thursday, February 23 at 7:30 p.m.

Now, Brooks, along with his wife Trisha Yearwood, will perform at Rogers Place on the following dates:
Friday, February 17 (7:30 p.m.)
Saturday, February 18 (3 p.m.)
Saturday, February 18 (7 p.m.)
Sunday, February 19 (3 p.m.)
Sunday, February 19 (7 p.m.)
Thursday, February 23 (7:30 p.m.)
Friday, February 24 (7 p.m.)
Saturday, February 25 (3 p.m.)
Saturday, February 25 at (7 p.m.)

As of late Thursday morning, officials had not yet released updated ticket sale numbers, but on December 9, the promoter said sales for the first five shows had broken Brooks’ ticket sales record for Edmonton that was set in August, 1996 at Northlands Coliseum.

In 1996, 50,871 tickets were sold. On Friday, December 9, officials said ticket sales had surpassed 51,000.

On Thursday just after 11 a.m., promoters said more than 115,000 tickets had been sold in Edmonton.

According to the promoter, no more dates will be added.

Until this December I'd never given up hope for Queen + George Michael. The guy was gold during the Freddy Mercury tribute concert back in 92. With that said, Lambert is no slouch.

I hear the Queen + Adam Lambert show is quite awesome, so I might check this out.

I wish I could travel back in time to see Queen's 1977 show with Thin Lizzy as opener.

Here's some more ear candy for you: Brian May, with Eddie Van Halen, Alan Gratzer, Phil Chen, and Fred Mandel from a jam session they had.
