Another great Montreal set. The city is the best canvas in Canada.

This could be yours for $35,880,000, apparently the most expensive listing in Canada right now. It's located on the Point Grey Road on the west side next to Kits.

Upper Westmount is divine. The views are nearly incomparable for a big city in Canada.
I used to live within a stone's throw of Upper Westmount, while not being in Westmount (just a few metres away).

Yeah, West Van's British Properties would like a word...

Heck even in comparably "downmarket" (avg. houses 2MM instead of 5) Capitol Hill in Burnaby, you have views like this:

One of the smallest parks in the city.

Yeah Montreal is the best city in Canada: I'd move there tomorrow if I had a French Canadian gf. Vancouver has great views however it lacks the layers of history and built form that Montreal has. Unless you're truly wealthy it feels like you're in Disneyland.

Martin Mtl, how long does it take you to put these posts together? How do you decide which photos to include. How do you decide how many?

Remember back when photographers would put out books (they still do, I guess) on a particular city? You would get 40-50 photos, of which 20 might be both good and interesting. You would buy your book, take it home, and those were the only photos of that city you had access to. You alone have published thousands of Montréal photos, 95% of which are better than anything from back in the day. We live in an explosion.

Second that. Martin Mtl, your photo curation is superb. One of the reasons why I come back to SSP.

Thanks. I spend way too much time going through almost everything published each day from Montréal on Instagram. But I love doing it. I select dozens of pics, then I made a selection of the ones I like best, trying to vary the subject as much as possible.

Thanks MolsonExport, I really appreciate the feedback.

They really are great. Whenever I see you or Monkey are the most recent post, I always check.

It's been a few days, I'll bump this one up to start a new page.
