Amazing renders!

"The Hub" isn't doing much for me. The building isn't bad but the lobby/street level design comes across as clumsy and garish.

I think Id rather see the project bite the dust site broken up into somthing finer grained , with finer architectural details and some sort of a retail atrium component, although that's wishful thinking in this economic environment. Id prefer an "Artist Alley" scale development if it has high quality architectural finishes.

Nice update. Do you still have the physical model from years back made of carboard? That thing should've been in City Hall.

Needs to be somewhere for the public to admire. It was really creative. Not sure about City Hall though

This is a nice upgrade. Some colour and a lot more detail and it's ready to print and blow any other model out of the water.

Thanks. Not anymore, I got rid of it a few years back. While it wasn’t truly City Hall worthy, the one that’s there currently definitely needs to be replaced at some point. We should be seeing a new one for the future museum of Toronto. Hopefully at a larger scale and with room to grow.
In the meantime, digital models like these will have to make do! 3D printing and VR experiences open up many intriguing possibilities.

VR is interesting from a planning rationale for future development. The entertainment value.. for me at least ... would be to explore the past. To see towers and street scenes that only exist in fading black and white photos.

To explore the core before the TD Tower or the Eaton Centre block before the mall

Lol

Definitely considering highlighting parks and green spaces at some point at a minimum. As for getting the skins and cladding details of individual buildings, @Koops model will have to fill that void. This is as much colour as I can handle for now:

that cardboard model was awesome. Understandable why you couldn’t keep it though.
