Not even remotely an accurate comparison. 220 is ON central park and the billionaire row skyscrapers are on 57th street. Their claim to fame is their height and views which absolutely are in competition with one another.

No, it's all Billionaire's Row. And they all have considerable height. And 220 literally backs up to CPT.

I'm sorry, that's not even an opinion, that's just dumb. All of these towers along billionaires row - of which 220 is tops - are basically selling for their park views. Everyone knows that, even the casual observer. Stop being obtuse for the sake of your argument. It doesn't look good.

Lol, you know it doesn't even take a minute to go on Google Maps and look for the building just to see it's sandwiched between 58th and 59th. Not on Central Park...no skyscraper will ever be built on that

^ Exactly. Not to mention one of these towers went so far as to literally call itself "Central Park Tower". Another doesn't even have southern views - where most of the skyline is,
capitalizing instead on the Central Park views to the north.

There's Central Park Tower, which recently became the tallest residential building in the world. Then there's 220 Central Park South,
which broke real-estate records when billionaire hedge fund manager Ken Griffin paid $238 million for a spread of condos.
Both towers are expected to be finished sometime in 2020.

As Stern said at Tuesday’s topping-out and model apartment unveiling for the 1,428-foot residential tower, “you can either be in the bleacher seats,
or dead center on the 50-yard line.” The analogy refers to the tower’s location just off the park’s southern boundary, a position that grants it almost
perfectly symmetrical views north over Central Park. It’s one of the main selling points of the building

That’s true. It would have to be exactly halfway between 6th and 7th Avenues to be perfectly centered. But it’s closer to 6th.

with that huge full moon pictured above . .
there undoubtedly had to be an eerie-lookin' spectre
prowling amongst the high cold beams
of 111's demented caged belfry . .

Hello how are you Is this project suitable for investment? And how much space is for the project? And I disagree for 60 units and the price starts at 8 million USD because that means you have to wait to sell to the rich only and don't know if they will buy or not. I hope you understand and thank you for making me see your efforts. HaHaHa
