Forming on the 8th floor is still progressing. They have installed the construction elevator on north side of building.

Was talking to one of the trades people on site Monday and said "So is tower 2 going any better than tower 1? That seemed to be the slowest build I have seen". "No, and York really should be embarrassed by this place. They really tried to do it on the cheap, hopefully they learn from this with their other properties under way". People have been living in tower 1 for 6 months now, but they still have several floors to finish.

Good thing they are rentals then as I would not want to buy one as a condo given their inexperience in high construction.

Very different skill set and techniques from commercial/retail and wood frame residential.

9th floor walls nearly finished and windows now installed upto the 4th floor.

10th floor wrapping up and some of the wall forms up for the 11th floor. This 17 storey should be topped out before year end.

Have started moving wall forms up to 17th floor as 16th floor is wrapping up. Should be pouring the 17th floor slab next week.

Looks like they plan to do some sort of large 17th floor patio on NW corner. Alot of progress on the remaining 17th floor walls and roof.

Roof is mostly done now with forming for penthouse up and rooftop features.

Finishing up the penthouse and roof top features now. Safe to say this is now topped out. Window installation up to the 16th floor now done. Should be getting this weather tight within the next month.

Roof features now wrapping up. Exterior brick on podium levels now complete on south side. Exterior wall painting now finished on west side.
