What's realistic for 2010?

Lots of projects in surrey scheduled to start up, but what do you figure will break ground or finish up in 2010?

This list is a lot smaller:

The hub on fraser Highway
The outpatient hospital
E division building
Park Place
Ultra

Any other ones that are realistic for this year???

Ya, forgot about those, would be nice if something around gateway park would break ground this year ie ev0 2, gateway office park or the other proposed projects across the street.....

This forum (for Surrey) has died down a bit...I think this is going to be a recovery year in Surrey, with no brand new projects starting up....all the stuff going up is stuff that was thought up pre great recession.....I think 2011 will be the same whaddya think?

I think we will see a decent amount of new proposals too, but those will probably just supplement previous proposals which are never restarted. The number of proposals will likely be similar.

Spoke to someone who works at Surrey Days Inn, where the Berezan project is, and they have been told they have, minimum, to the end of this year before the hotel comes down...sounds like 2011-2012 at the earliest before anything happens at that site

there was an advertisement for the city road construction for 2010 in the local paper, noticed that no new road construction, in city centre is being planned...I was hoping to see plans for the city to start on the Grosvenor Road project
