Office is starting to gain a bit of height, and looking good. 2 levels plus 1-storey fins on the roof to go.

The condo towers will look better once the black cladding is added to the ends.

The views from the west looking east toward the towers make the Hub taller than it looks. The thinner the building from one side, the taller it looks.

The Hub has announced another bigger tenant "Spaces". They are similar to WeWork and do office sharing with over 250 locations around the globe.

I believe the office tower just poured the base of the 15th floor. Should just need a roof and it'll be topped out.

Tower 2 is topped out with scaffolding up on the west side for the roof top portion.
Tower 1 is about topped out (possibly a floor to go?)

next phase registration in May

From the new signage wrapped around the corner of Fraser Hwy & King George, the next phase is about to move forward with sales. Also states so on their website (registration starts May 20th): http://www.kinggeorgehub.com

I wonder how long it will be until the land across Fraser (currently Grace Community Church) gets redeveloped. BC Assessment says its worth $37 Million.

Probably not anytime soon I'm assuming. Isn't it pretty busy?

Pretty sure they're announcing stuff in May about the next phase. We will have to wait until then and see how the presales go. If it sells out, I see no reason to believe that anything will change. I think the stuff the government is doing to lessen the economic impact of the work stoppages is good for the time being, but nobody truly knows what the future holds.
