Event starts at 10am, I'm not exactly sure where (the website will probably have that info), but I'd be game for meeting up anywhere between 11am-12pm.

I'm going, but with my mother&father, wife and daughter. Don't think I've missed it for the past 6 years.

Be prepared for long lines. It is a great time, but during the peak hours there were lines out the door to see the homes last year.

The weather this year will make it even worse. Supposed to be 75*. I've skipped a house or two on past tours because of the lines. My best advice is to come early, right when they open, and hustle.

Good advice, guess I'll show up starting around 9:30 or so if that's the case.

Can't wait this year for to use my 12-24 super wide angle lens too. My old 18mm had a VERY limited FOV in comparison, so I should be able to get an entire room in a single shot. I just hope for enough light that I can shoot at a decent shutter speed/ISO at F4 w/o flash as I don't have an external flash and the lens gets in the way.

Yeah, I'll expect everyone to get some sweet pictures... I took several last year and posted a thread. Here are a couple homes in the area:

So if anyone plans on showing up for the meet tomorrow, where's a good spot to congregate? I have to pick up my ticket at the will call booth on Third Avenue and Holly. Anyone familiar enough with the area to know of a good meeting spot?

Twas good. Daughter was getting tired, so we missed out on two of the locations (#2 and #13). Hands down, #6 was the gem of the tour.

I took a few pics of the kitchen and baths in it as I am in the midst of my addition planning, and baths are on the list, as may be a reconfiguration of my existing kitchen. Here are a few.

Looks really nice. I guess those of us who couldn't make it really missed out!

Great turnout, but it was damn warm for February. Then again, I'm sorta new here so I'm not all that used to the weather yet.

Some future historic neighborhood tours:

Coronado: March 23, 2008 www.gcna.info

Windsor Square: April 6, 2008 www.windsorsquarephx.org

Roosevelt: October 25, 2008 info@rooseveltNeighborhood.org

F.Q. Story: December 6 & 7 2008 www.fqstory.org

I'll have my pics up sometime this week...

Downtown Dweller... there must be some serious money in that house... great pics. I have a semi-similar idea for the renovation of my bathroom as in your first picture... although I'm sure I won't spend as much money, and mine should be way more unique.

Do you have any pictures of the outside house itself? Any outside home pictures?

FYI, they moved Coronado to the 30th IIRC, because the 23rd is Easter Sunday (and my Bday).

Also, I've done Windsor 3 or 4 times over the years, and there are rarely any gems on that tour. Also Phil Gordon's neighborhood, so he can be seen out and about more than normal, although he makes an appearance at all the other ones as well. Roosevelt, FQ, and Willow are usually the best, Coronado follows, and Windsor may or may not be worth the price of admission.

Exterior was rather non-descript on that one. English Tudor, with a very nice front sitting porch area. I didn't take any pics of exteriors, as nothing really jumped out at me like some on the last FQ tour did (I was milling something about in my mind on paint colors, and several there actually had what I was considering, pretty much exactly). The nicest exterior house I would say was the one right next door to Tapestry on Central. BEAUTIFUL bungalow on an ENORMOUS lot. My lot is damn big, and this one dwarfed it. Must have been a 20k sqft parcel.
