Edit: NM. Went back and looked at the first rendering on page 1. Looks like the Hard Rock portion will be left as is. I wonder if there will be any future plans to update that section?

They cant really do anything to that side without kicking out all the retail on 2nd street. I could see them doing a makeover but I doubt you'll see major structural changes.
