Yes, my guess is that the crown and wind-break floors might have some kind of back-lighting:

Though of course this depends on whether there are any changes to the design of the exoskeleton of 175.

"wind-break floors might have some kind of back-lighting:" You sure those are wind break floors? Every up close rendering shows them more as like amenity floors for the tenants. And besides this isn't a 57th Street super skinny it shouldn't really need them.

Regardless of their use, they're open-air floors with only the central core and perimeter columns which is structurally the same thing as the wind-breaks you'd find on e.g. 432 Park or the Wanda Vista.
