But there is another permit that seems more recent still under review: "FOUNDATION PERMIT-Residential Mixed-use apartment building - ground floor group E Retail with adjacent residential lobby - 75 apartment units on levels 2-7 - exterior surface parking at rear of site"

Glad they're still working away on this. I really hope this isn't going to be a stucco mess, but am glad to see infill density further east.

Wasn't able to get a pic, but I drove by tonight and they're already on floor 1 of this build. Caught me with my pants down since apparently none of us have seen it!

Finally got out east to take some pics

It's crazy how close this gets to the building to the west. There's maybe 1.5 metres.

Is this still the most recent render? Any change or updates? This is a good locale.

I really hope they change their minds about the orange peach and yellow colour scheme.

I would bet it ends up looking like that Emerson area student residence building.

They're well done the 2nd floor now. Moving onto the 3rd. No pictures unfortunately. Not usually walking around this.

Forgot to post these. A couple of better-than-nothing quality cell phone photos from the bus taken last Tuesday.

I'm really curious what the exterior of this is going to look like, but I'm not optimistic. Definitely moving at a decent pace though.
