Interesting Facts/Records (in own words):
-It was the tallest building under construction in front of Tonsupa beach, but the problems with the builder caused the building to delay its completion like 6 years, it was supposed to be finished in December 2012, the construction process was slow until the building topped out in April 2017, however the Grand Diamond Beach building topped out first in November 2015 with 32 stories.
-In 2016 there were two earthquakes in April and November, the building resisted resulting in minor damage, although part of the construction crane collapsed.
-Although it was still under construction, the building began to be occupied in August 2018.
-Originally it was going to have 21 floors, 2 more floors were added in August 2016, finally an additional floor for a lounge and a restaurant was added in 2018 and it was fully opened in December 2019.
