Great update, thanks!

At least the office building looks fairly sleek
- even though they used greenish glass for the upper storeys and gray-ish glass for the base.
There may even be 3 shades of gray->green in use.

If they're doing curved glass for this part below, I suspect that the tight curve across the front will also be curved glass.

This building is quite a beast, definitely a big presence in the area. Any idea when the other parts of the development are supposed to proceed?

Ooh, curved glass on the way! Is it slumped glass on the rectangle panels forming the twisting surface on the right? I'm assuming without triangulation the twist is too extreme for a small area for it to be captured within just the framing... or am I seeing the panels stagger a bit at the corners?

She's a beauty . A great tower to introduce more height in the area.

To think that there was doubt in the beginning .

Great and thorough series of shots - thanks again for your hard work in documenting all these buildings! I find that even when I do go in person to study a building, I still end up seeing a lot more detail when looking at your photos.

I like this one, especially - the play of angles is so nice!

Was hoping to capture them being installed, but got home and it was done. Photo taken at 4:10 pm today.

Very satisfactory to see that gap filled in. Without it is like looking at a Lamborghini without the cab/window/windscreen glass and headlamps

Tower Crane was busy with machinery to the roof top today. (For the Elevator Machine Room, delivery truck is labeled Elevator on it's side door).

I guess that's the full height of that fin!

I wonder if the person finishing the top of that fin put something in the wet concrete before troweling the top surface of it, like a loonie.
I would have suggested my DNA, a locket of hair

Extra mullions on this floor -
probably a transfer floor above so a slightly taller ceiling.
Would have been less intrusive if the additional mullion was below, not above.

Fantastic addition to Downtown skyline and the tower feels skyscraper tall. Can't wait for more towers to densify the surrounding area.

Great pics! What a transformation that part of Downtown has been going through.
