Pic by me today.

Top of the elevator core looks about a floor lower than on the elevation drawing,
so the crown will probably be similarly lower than on the drawing.

Is that thick slab in the last page the roof of the mechanical floor (26)?

Also on the Elevation Diagrams for like Level 1 what does "EL.19340" mean?

Yes, it would be the roof of the mech floor.
The elevation would be above sea level - so 19.34m.

Isn't that the floor for the mechanical level? I still see a full floor plate for the current top level on the North side.

Wouldn't you want a thicker base for the mechanical?

The line shown on the second page here:
https://rezoning.vancouver.ca/applic...elevations.pdf
probably doesn't indicate slab thickness, but slab edge.

The west elevation shows that the mechanical level steps back on the north side, so that may be the lip/ledge of the roof.
If it is a full floor on the north side, as built, then they may have changed the plans?

Either way, I don't see any more concrete columns up there. If the mechanical enclosure is yet to be built, it could be steel frame.
In my last pic there is still some formworks on the west side of the elevator core, but I haven't seen it move up recently.
Note that the crane does look higher than usual if it is topped out, but that could be due to surrounding clearances.

The current top level also has those square cutouts at the corner. But in the floorplan they are just squared off normally.

EDIT: I took a sort of blurry photo but I can sort of make out the floor numbers for the exterior lift and they have up until level 23 with signage then two unmarked with the current top level floor being level 26.

So maybe a floor taller than the current concrete core?

In total I think it's 30 feet from the thick slab.

Thanks!

So there is a steel level being added, and that steel for the curtain wall shows us the finished height.

This one really turned out well. It's a nice handsome small office tower that will shortly seem like it's always been there (a positive thing) and contribute to a more interesting streetscape and skyline. I'm pleased that modest sites like this are feasible to redevelop and hope to see many more in the years to come. Thanks for the photos, McMinsen.
