Thumbs up DATABASE CORRECTION : Le Caiman |Quebec city Canada | Structural Type and Floors

Correction for this building : https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=140575

The number of floors is 12. The last one is a bit smaller.
(Source : https://lecaiman.ca/)

So, the structural Type should be : Highrise

Thanks.

The "12th floor" is a roof top access to the pool. I don't know if that should count.

Why would you want a rooftop pool in Quebec?

For the view on the Laurentian Mountains and the Old Quebec while you are swimming?

The views aren't going to go away in a year round enclosed space. The building is an Airbnb condo. Shutting down the marquee amenity on November 9 until Spring is not a great business

Electricity and water are very cheap in Quebec, maybe that explain this kind of choice.

Heating the pool extends the time the pool is open. It's still being shut down during the colder months which is my point. I'm going to assume the pool will need draining from rain fall than refilled from evaporation.

According to the guide in this thread (scroll almost to the bottom)
https://skyscraperpage.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=183338

Even roof floors like this should be counted. But tt stills feel kind of borderline.
I see Matthew Dumont has already added a height and changed structure type to highrise anyway.
