Chelsea Spy how did you get to be so fortunate to have a job where you can travel to such places, I hate you.

I almost missed this one, and I try to keep a look out for your threads because they are so amazing.

Anyway as I viewed the first few sets you added. I was thinking to myself how much this region looks so familar to California and Mexico (especially Baja). Both areas have a similar climate, and much of the vegetation look the same. I really like it, thanks for sharing, and I look forward to seeing the rest.

Naples reminds me of Macau, strangely enough.

Thanks for all the kind comments.

Time now for the baroque beauty of Valetta, capital city of Malta and one of the most beautiful small cities in the world...

Excuse me for a moment...

WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW!!!!!!!!

This was an incredible thread. Thank you so much for the photos!

Naples is such a wonderful city. I really hope they get that garbage situation under control soon.

And those Valletta photos really bring back memories. I was in Malta for about two weeks three years ago or so, and I had such an amazing time. I would love to retire there someday if that's at all possible. Life there just seems so pleasant. I have so many photos of some of those exact same streets. It truly is a one of a kind city.

Anyway, thanks again.

Cool little city, although I've never heard of Valetta before. Thanks for sharing.

Hey, in your Malta pictures, I saw some banners in a weird language. What language is spoken in Malta? I see they're using the Latin alphabet but I can't identify any known language group from the words.

Are they Muslim, Christian?

They speak Maltese, a kind of arabic dialect but written in the Latin alphabet. 98% of the population are Roman-Catholic.

I think this must be the coolest thread on here.
Is the Spanish Quarter dangerous?
Is it mainly foriegners?

These are all beautiful places, Chelsea Spy, but I've gotta say... Is there a reason behind this??
