Many "beg buttons" have been disabled in the City of Los Angeles since the COVID-19 pandemic; the traffic lights/pedestrian signals have been put on a cycle whereby you don't have to press the button. The traffic lights themselves have also been timed to slow traffic down, being in the early days of the stay at home orders, people were speeding on surface streets.
Me.
A photo shoot was going on.
More transplants.
I really don't like the plates with the busy/cheesy graphics.
An early dinner at one of our favorite, chill spots.
My first beer of the evening.
I had elk sausage, red cabbage, garlic brussels sprouts, pickles and mustard.
My 2nd beer of the evening.
I thought this was a funny table; I was telling my partner that the group consisted of a gay-sounding John Malkovich, the lead singer from Mazzy Star, Raymond Burr, Ringo Starr and a mutual friend to all of them.
Then we ordered pretzels.
The guy at this table was getting really drunk. Then left, and he left his hand sanitizer.
My third beer of the evening.
And then dessert. I pigged out this evening, obviously.
This restaurant is in a particularly Orthodox Jewish section of Los Angeles, and being that it was Saturday evening, I guess some of them were out walking to their synagogues.
