Its often projects like this that constitute a large proportion of NYC construction. Behind every skyscraper visible u/c, there are 4-5 mid rises somewhere in the city limits rising. Often, the very tall towers are the ones visible, but behind the concrete jungle, and sometimes on far fetched streets in the outer-boroughs, there is a development tucked in. Just drive around Brooklyn or Queens one day to see what I mean.
I'll work on another list sometime, but the increase during this cycle in developments in the 16-25 floor range has been outstanding. The average height as a whole per ALL boroughs has been increasing as well.
NYC is becoming more and more a vertical city. More so than it already is!
