Speculation around here has been the Bella Luna will sell at some point and we'll get a skinny 4-8 storey resi. which as it turns out will be an awesome little gem of a spot. Full south, west and east exposure for windows, and buffered from north winds by a goliath wind block will create a micro climate of warmth and sun. Also it looks like a lightwell is built in on OneChi side, so marry up with that for your northern wall. And no need for any parking whatsoever with a 100 walk score and public parking next door.
Not the sunny paradise you make it out to be, any sunlight has to pass through a slit between One Superior Place and Asbury Plaza. Summer afternoons should be nice.

While noticeably shorter for sure 971' can almost hold its own against a building like Hancock (whose main room is like 1110' without the box). Hancock is much wider and more imposing though, and the antennas help.
Unclear at this point, if you mean the taller tower I didn't notice any today.
I just checked the website and if they are there the first balcony on the west side would be 2 floors above the setback on the south side so I guess we will see in a week or 2

Shorter crane jumping now. Should be to the final crane elevation.
There's one more segment sitting at the bottom of the crane right now, so it maybe has a little further still to climb?
They've also reached the second (and final) western setback on tower B.
^Yeah, good eye. This must have been due to the bad weather on Saturday that the crane did not make the full jump. When the jump is complete, the climbing section is lowered down to the tie back for normal use. When a jump is not complete, they can leave the climbing section in place and use the crane in normal operation until the jump can be completed like the shorter crane is now. My guess is that they will finish the jump this coming weekend.
Took a few from my cell phone today. It was the first time I've seen the site live in a month or so. What an impressive project. A few observations: The concealed parking is well done, on the East Tower the floor height difference between the apartment floors and the condo floors is very noticeable, and the balconies don't look bad on the West Tower.
