Looking forward to seeing the finished facade on this one....pleasantly surprised with what's up thus far.

Also, this is curious - two different versions of the West-facing facade in renderings on HPA's site, link below. The only one I had seen is with the extensive projecting balconies (which I'm not a fan of). The second version on HPA has (it appears) just one floor with balconies, if I'm reading the rendering correctly (maybe amenity floor?).

Walked by today. The parking lot appears to be closed - though not sure how long that's been the case. That's usually a good sign in my experience of imminent construction. Let's hope.

It's been closed for over a month now - several weeks ago there was some digging on the side of the existing building, but that is now filled in.
