270 Park is going to be a monster when its finished. For example, look at Vanderbilt, than look at ESB. 270 Park will make Vanderbilt look like its on a purging diet. Whats to come of the Hyatt site may transform the area, with a Vanderbilt style tower or something of that nature. Let's hope Coumo gets his legacy tower. One situation where inflated ego is good!

Due to elevation, CPT looks closer to 1650'-1670' depending on where your at relative to AMSL.

^^^^This last photo is the first time I really noticed the unwrapped glass is actually two tone. Silver and silver blue. It is very subtle but noticeable on a gray day. I hope they unwrap the remaining glass soon.

Nope. They finished the steel at the top this month, they started the steel in November. Concrete topped off in September
