This is currently being built in Edmonton on one of the best view lots remaining with prices starting at $1,500,000.......

few if anyone have seen the actual finished rendering so i took the two pics below and came up with what i see as being close to what it should look like.

You really think those columns will be buried, and not part of a balcony for the lower floors? I hope you're right...but...judging by WAM's picture, I see exterior columns... but that might just be the upper floors ?!?
