The news article says they just went in for their Formal Consultation so likely not much more than that concept plan yet. No application has been made yet.
I don't know about sewage service but water definitely goes out to here. There is a watermain from Hamilton all the way to Caledonia up hyway 6 which then heads to Cayuga.
