what a beauty. At least it has retail, I guess? Not like I see this stretch of Upper Mount Albion ever being a pedestrian main street type environment..

So this development will have retail space, even though there's a ton of big box stores right across the street and restaurants, a dental office, a pharmacy down the street and a Sobey's a 5 minute walk away.
Yet, many other developments far away from any form of shopping don't have any retail space included at all. What kind of logic is this?
