More Winnipeg renders, still waiting to hear more public info about the giant gray tower proposal that leaked months back.

Other than that, the former SkyCity lot was recently put up for sale so we'll see if anything comes of it.

Winnipeg really needs a few towers in the 160-200m range to break up that tabletop.

I've got a new one - Kitchener-Waterloo. I've been working on this one for some time. I'm still missing a few developments, mainly the massive 21-tower The Metz development, as well as all of the developments in Cambridge, which I will be integrating as part of this skyline entry.

Kitchener-Waterloo, ON:

Total # of new towers in skyline: 59

I honestly think Kitchener/Waterloo is one of the most exciting cities in Canada at the moment. It already has such great bones... the proper transit infrastructure and a young university vibe.. the city has heaps of potential and is only going to look even better very soon.

ericmacm... can you do my shitty little Brampton next?

Brampton is planned. I have a number of other things ahead of it (updating Halifax and Ottawa, starting Burlington) but I plan to get to it at some point!

U/C added to see the impact. Maestria 1 and 2 are too far from each other and too titled to the left. Was done mentally in 15 min don't juge.

Only from that angle. The skyline will have more depth and not only one line of skyscraper. The rotating beam of light from PVM will continue to function.

From Engage East Harbour:

The train station is the new East Harbour Station, which will service both GO and the TTC's new Ontario Line.

It's funny how they didn't bother to draw anything on the BMW lot. I also wonder about that rail line that runs beside Lakeshore; that'll be an awkward neighbour to what's effectively a new financial district.

It's just sinking in how transformative the Ontario Line will be for Toronto. East Harbour alone puts Toronto on another level. And then there's the Portlands, and Corktown stuff. If the Exhibition area blows up too, watch out.
