I guess they have to start digging for us to (finally) bump one of those Toronto projects off the list?

I never thought I would see Ottawa on this list.I figured it would always just be the GTA, Van Metro, Calgary, or Edmonton.

Niagara Falls eternally has proposals that would make the list if built. I’m sure one day one of them will happen.

Doesn't look any different to me compared to three weeks ago. Maybe I'm just not looking at the new floor of concrete?

This type of project is similar to geological processes such as continental drift. You can measure the short term changes using scientific equipment, but for most people they aren't apparent to the naked eye. However, when you look at the changes across long time scales, the difference becomes obvious. Six month increments is probably the minimum in this case.

By the time it is finished the tectonic plate it sits on will have drifted to give Hamilton it's first supertall.

Surfing the Mississauga interweb and can anyone provide further into?

This doesn't mean all that much. Same time, it means a lot.

https://www.mississauga.ca/apps/#/property

Search 425 Webb Drive
Click Development Applications

Urbantoronto lists M3 as 77 storeys. This has 81 storeys. (unfortunately no building permit posted yet)

I did some searching....I made a report online but didn't find much yet. The 81 floor number is mentioned in the report, but I need to look further.

EDIT: A report I made for the neighbouring block (where the first two towers are going up showed more promise...

81-storey mixed-use building (949 units) with a 6-storey podium and 2,549 m2 of office/retail uses

They should change the name of 'The One' to 'Maple Leaf Tower', skyscraper fans have been waiting forever to see it top out.

The One moved fairly quickly compared to a few other projects in the city. Namely One Bloor East across the road. If anything the Mirvish Towers could get that name. Rumours of One Bloor only starting coming out late 2011, with construction starting the summer of 2017. Here we are approaching 9.5 years after first hearing of it and it's well under way. That's pretty fast for a 338.3m luxury tower.

The quality of materials on this building are looking good, and this is the most modest design of the 3 towers and the shortest. Does anybody know if the middle tower is also u/c now?

We still don't know if it'll be 338 metres.....I'm sticking with 308 or whatever it isuntil the city tells us otherwise based on the proposal made by the developer.
