MINNEAPOLIS | CA Ventures Dinkytown Project | FT | ~25 FLOORS

New plans presented today at a neighborhood group meeting by developer CA Ventures for a new residential tower in Dinkytown, on the site of the existing McDonald's. A 25-floor plan and a 16-floor plan were presented.

The general openness in Minneapolis to embracing density, both in policy, and in mid- or high-rise living in not just downtown but several adjacent neighborhoods, is impressive and inspiring.
It bodes really well for the general evolution of the greater urban core.
