This is the expected height of Emporis.com

Usually, Korean residential buildings are between 160m and 170m on the 49th floor.

Thanks. I was curious. Emporis' estimates tend to be on the high side. So typical 9 foot ceiling heights.

For a 49-story building, some are over 180 meters long.
On average, it's about 160 meters.

The final height is not much related to the ceiling height.
because
1.Pilotti structure at the lower part of the apartment (sometimes the height of the 5th floor is also present)
2.The structure of commercial buildings combined at the bottom (currently the most preferred method for Korean apartments)
3.Rooftop helicopter landing sites, elevator towers, various structures, etc. average 10 meters.(This may be omitted from the final height, but may also be included.)

I don't know exactly how many meters that building is, but wikipia and emporis are marking 188 meters.

p.s.
a funny fact
If you want to know why there are many 40 to 49 floors in Korea? It's because of the Korean building regulations.

In Korea, buildings with more than 50 floors or more than 200 meters are classified as 'super-high-rise buildings'.
These buildings have tougher regulations and laws.

In order to avoid these regulations and laws, housing companies often give up building higher and build 49 floors.

I checked the Korean building register.
The 49th floor of this building is 141.9m tall.
However, the actual height is likely to be about 15 meters high because the roof structure and the bottom piloti are excluded under the Korean Building Act.
if Including that part, it's estimated to be 155 meters.

It is not known why emporis and wikipia are listed in 187.73m. maybe it's the height above sea level
