Good news for super-tall fans, the height increases for SkyTower (u/c now @ 345 metres) and Phase 3 (now a super-tall @ 306.8 metres/92 storeys) ... were approved yesterday at City Council.

2 super-talls side by side would certainly be skyline changers ;-).

Ha! I was going to say the same thing. A rare slip-up by the prolific Maldie, who's updates I genuinely appreciate and very much look forward to. I'm loving the base of 400 King West but I'm having trouble placing where that transfer floor would be in the rendering. Is it where the bottom of the brick just above the "Tenant C" sign in the rendering of the base, or the much thicker spandrel glass above that floor? Hard to tell how many floors up they are based on the angle of the photo.
