This is at Millen and Highway 8. Previously was proposed as a 3-storey office building in 2019. I believe the site sold last year which is resulting in this new application. The density here seems oddly low, to be honest. I would have expected something in the 6-9 storey range.
The property on the corner of Millen and Hwy 8 also sold recently, I wonder if the new application will increase the assembly to the corner:
